My midwives stopped by a few days ago to do a follow with me and Cheyanne. It was so nice sitting and talking and realizing there was no planning of this or that for the birth, but just enjoying some "birth talk." Leslie made her the sweetest little booties and onesie. It is unbelievable how quickly she will out grow both. Cheyanne weighed in at a "chunky" 7 pounds. She had gained 10 ounces since birth. She is a total joy. The sweetest little thing. She does go through some fussy time each evening, but is sleeping wonderful at night. I wish these newborn days could last so much longer than they do. I love these little peanuts, but the time just slips away so fast.
